WelnezB products are sold exclusively through Amazon.
As such, all returns, replacements, and warranty-related claims are subject solely to Amazon’s policies and procedures. Currently WelnezB does not offer a separate manufacturer warranty beyond what Amazon provides.
To initiate a return or replacement, please:

- Go to Your Orders
- Select your WelnezB purchase
- Choose Return or Replace Item
Amazon will determine eligibility for refund or replacement in accordance with their terms. All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges are made at Amazon’s sole discretion.

🛠️ Product Performance & Cosmetic Variations
Our products are crafted from high-quality materials and designed to function reliably under normal use. Due to natural material properties and the production process, minor variations may occur.
These may include:
- Slight asymmetry or minor wobbling
- Small surface marks, light scuffs, or subtle color variations
- Natural compression or settling of foam over time
Such characteristics are normal and do not affect the safety, stability, or intended performance of the product. These are not considered defects.
A genuine defect is defined as physical damage or structural failure that prevents the products from being used safely or as intended – for example, severe warping, collapse, tearing, or detachment of essential components.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by WelnezB Enterprise LTD and replaces all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WelnezB shall not be liable for:
- Any incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, or data loss
- Any claim arising from cosmetic imperfections, minor variations, or user dissatisfaction not related to a functional defect
- Discomfort, injury, or property damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, or failure to follow product instructions and care guidelines
- Any delay, denial, or limitation of remedy caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping, handling, or third-party actions
No representative, reseller, or third party is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on behalf of WelnezB.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, WelnezB’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase of the product.
